If you choose to respond you must do so directly to the Supreme Court as pertains to the matters contained in items 1 to 3 above and copy me. If you choose to respond, as a party of record to items 4 to 11 above you must do so directly to each party and copy me. Any responsive pleadings or notice you wish to serve on the Plaintiffs are to be served only to me and directly as their representative. The service of any documents requiring proof of service and a responsive pleading must be served in compliance to the Hague Convention for such service. As a practical matter of such service and the time required effecting a response I request that we should fix the time according to the circumstances.
