[email protected] To Petroleum Service Corporation Company hiring representatives: I write in response to your interest in seeking an Operational Supervisor at Petroleum Products. As a highly competent Cogeneration Operator, I would bring a service-focused, dedicated, and hard-working attitude to this role. You are seeking someone who is a safety professional and that is exactly what I am prepared to continue to be. In my current position, I am responsible for the safe and reliable operations of the Chevron El Segundo, Cogeneration Power Plant and associated Utility Systems. Specifically, operations of four GE Frame 6B gas turbines coupled to 42MW generators, four Heat Recovery Steam Generators producing 850psig, 300psig & 150psig steam, and two 9.2MW steam turbine generators. I take personal pride in mitigating the effects that plant operations can have on the environment. It is a requirement that I always operator within environmental limits set forth by federal, state and local governments. I use my years of experience, Chevrons 10 tenets of operations and Chevrons sixteen elements of Process Safety Management to ensure I always maintain OSHA, EPA, SCAMD and all other government organization standards. I have a knack for problem solving and work well independently and with little oversight. I am organized, detail oriented and accomplished with a wide rang of operators. The number one cause of injury and environmental violation is miscommunicating. Therefore, it is imperative to spread a proper communication culture. I do so by always using three-way communication when in the field. Properly communicating in different shift turnover programs as well as Email at every appropriate opportunity. I look forward to speaking to you at your earliest convenience to discuss how I could best serve your company in the future. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, Jeremy M. Bigler
