Judicial documents for S. Sgt. D. Doornbos
Dear Mr. Pardy, I enclose documents, which must be delivered to Mr. Derek Doornbos at the following address:
Mr. Derek A. Doornbos C/o Royal Canadian Mounted Police International Affairs Office 1200 Vanier Parkway Ottawa, Ontario Canada K1A 0R2 This is the last address known to me for Mr. Doornbos and I have no way to confirm its reliability. For that reason I have addressed the envelope to RCMP offices there and “To Whom It May Concern.” I am sure they will find a way to get it to him. Attached is a copy of the cover letter to Mr. Doornbos and the RCMP offices in Ottawa. I have waited a rather long time to do this, wanting to be absolutely sure of his involvement and responsibility. If given the opportunity I sense that the facts now exposed will establish the controversy as legitimate. My family has paid a terrible price in personal suffering because of the zealot Doornbos and his collaborators here. He left the embassy in Austria and with it the problems he created for me here. It is great that he could return, I assume back to his wife and children in Canada. However, the actions he abandoned as no longer relevant to him resulted in making sure that I could not return to my family. May God give me the strength and resources to allow me to cause a part of this terrible weight to be borne by Mr. Doornbos shoulders, not only ours. I would be grateful if you see these things reach him Respectfully Michael KapoustinDocuments For Delivery Mr. D. Doornbus, S.Sgt.RCMP
