Proposal Proposal: to buy a remote or pay for it Vance- Proposal : Tea Table arrangement in the great hall Possible risks -could be dangerous, people could tamper with water or get hurt -Supply of water Maintenance Issue- who, what times available, and equipment as well Security- can physical operations build a cabinet? Locking, percolator Location in the great hall? Or in the Laundry room -security, must need a detex card Who is going to be responsible? Security monitor can keep an eye on it?

Maybe have one resident per day? This is a great idea but we don’t know everything yet, ex: cost R.A.’s are busy, what specifically would the duties entail? Physical operations, could it work, and who would pay it? Pui-wa interested in working with Vance Part of Capital budget, huge industrial machine with milk, honey, sugar, water etc… maybe? Action: Sam email Annie to see if she can do that Healthworker/ Good Vibrations Proposal discussions - is the great hall not a good location? - Would people be offended? - If they were offended, they might not express that - International education week the same night - Move it to the auditorium? Debate Club - debate club meeting - a first debate with publicity will be good - can we convince them to do the first debate - Tuesday night meeting o Format and how we can organize o One on one debate -organize it for Tuesday -facebook group up and going Action: Nima and Frederick come up with topic Dining Hall - Financial break down - Committee meeting coming up - Two residents are upset feel that they are not being treated very respectfully by Dinning Hall supervisors - How are the residents treating them? - No effort in helping the residents, not helpful - Are the employees respectful? - Changing the swiping system- twice on the weekends? - Budgetary problem - Taking food out? Using your guest meals to take food out? - Have a plan before we try to change - Action: Nima, Monique, Annie talk to Gary about swiping twice and getting boxes for taking out food, get 300 signatures

Oak Tree/ Stadium Project- Future Noise - Noise problem - Losing a parking lot - Losing trees - Would Martin take this to the University? - Future noise, GOING TO AFFECT RESIDENTS
