Personal Artifact Future career interests (if known): I want to be in the medicine section that's all I know for right now. Targeted soft skills you chose for this year: 1.To get at least a 4.0 2.join clubs, try new things

Description of Artifact (*The personal artifact may be anything that demonstrates growth, skills, interests, discoveries, and/or abilities from your experience this last year -- can be school-related or not.)

I joined a club and later got a certificate for being a new member and helping out with many of the fundraisers and community service activities.

Why did you choose this as one of your artifacts? I chose my key club certificate as my artifact.

How did your experience with this artifact change or impact you? It made me proud because now I can say I have helped out with school clubs and its going to look good for collages. Did you see growth in your targeted soft skills through the course of working on this artifact? Explain. I do because over the period of time I have got a little more involved with the Key club activities.

Provide an example of how the skills you practiced or the knowledge you gained via this artifact may also be used in a career in which you are interested.
