COOPERATION AGREEMENT No. 41 of 01.06.2017 Between: Super-Dent SRL, with headquarters in the Chisinau, str. Columna 171, MD-2004, Republic of Moldova, C.F. 1002600037300 represented by Ruslan Benderschi, having the function of General Manager and B2N Ltd, with headquarters in the 1700 Sofia, kv. Vitosha, bl. 9, office 1, Bulgaria having a registration certificate no. C.F. 131235588 represented by Boyan Pehlivanov having the function of General Manager 1. OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT Art. 1 The purpose of this contract is the sale and distribute Formlabs products to customers located in Moldova Art. 2 The sale and / or repair the products is made in compliance with the legal provisions and the present contract. 2. OBLIGATIONS Art. 1 According to the terms and conditions of a Distributor Agrement between B2N LTD and Super-Dent SRL, B2N has appointed and granted Super-Dent SRL the right to sell and distribute Formlabs products to customers located in Moldova. Art. 2 In the case there is a need for repair under warranty, Super-Dent SRL will be responsible for packaging and shipping the Formlabs products to the B2N LTD Service departament: Formlabs RMA Service VTES – 1700 Sofia, kv. Art. 3 Except as expressly stated in this Agreement, all warranties and conditions, whether express or implied by statute, common law or otherwise are hereby excluded to the extent permitted by law. Art. 4 That the custom duty, VAT or other Taxes and cost of transportation, or any other incidental charges, if required in connection of the delivery of goods shall be borne by SuperDent. Buyer
