Equipment Purchase Agreement On this the 1st day of the month of March in the year 2019, we at MARIKINA SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL, located at 23A J.P. RIZAL STREET, STO. NINO, MARIKINA CITY, agree to the following parameters set forth by NEW ERA ELECTRONICS, located at 9 CENTRAL AVENUE, NEW ERA, QUEZON CITY. The requirements of this agreement are as follows: NEW ERA ELECTRONICS, further called “The Seller”, enters into this agreement willingly. MARIKINA SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL, further called “The Buyer”, enters into this agreement willingly. The Seller is to provide the Buyer with the following equipment: TWENTY (20) 23’’ ACER MONITORS, and TEN (10) DVR RECORDING DEVICES. The Buyer agrees to pay the amount of P120,000.00 for the TWENTY (20) 23’’ ACER MONITORS by the date of MARCH 1, 2018 to the Seller. The Buyer agrees to pay the amount of P30,000.00 for the TEN (10) DVR RECORDING DEVICES by the date of MARCH 15, 2019 to the Seller. If the payment is not made in full by the date of MARCH 15, 2019, the Seller holds the right to remove the abovementioned equipment from the Buyer’s above-mentioned address. The ACER MONITORS are to include the following: one remote control per ACER MONITOR, one power cord per ACER MONITOR, and one operating manual per ACER MONITOR. The DVR RECORDING DEVICES are to include the following: one remote control per DVR RECORDING DEVICE, one power cord per DVR RECORDING DEVICE, one operating manual per DVR RECORDING DEVICE, and one SATTELITE SIGNAL RELAY. The Seller agrees to provide TWO YEARS of equipment maintenance on all of the above-mentioned ELECTRONICS. The Seller agrees to honor the warranty on all of the above-mentioned ELECTRONICS. In the case of damage to the above-mentioned property, both the Seller and the Buyer agree to TWO YEAR of maintenance. If the damage to the property is committed by the Buyer, the Seller holds the right to refuse service on the following grounds: the property was damaged beyond repair, the property requires parts that the Seller does not have, and the property was damaged purposefully. If the property is damaged beyond repair, the Buyer holds the right to purchase a replacement from whomever they decide. If the above-mentioned equipment is damaged after the TWO YEAR MAINTENANCE agreement, the Seller and the Buyer may draft a new agreement.
