CONCLUSION After careful observation of several equipment in UTHM Stadium, we came into a conclusion that appliances related accident are mainly resulted by two causes which are unsafe condition and safety equipment not provided. These cause are all result of negligence of the employers towards their employees’ safety.

In order to ensure the safety of the appliances user, the process of building up the appliances has to be supervised by the titled person. The appliances must be build up following to the scheme of professional engineer. Before the erection of the appliances, all the components must be thoroughly checked and examined that they are in good condition and free of rust.

Besides, the appliances must be checked regularly at least once a month to ensure the safety of the appliance user. Furthermore, the main builder has to conduct hazard calculation on the process of building up the appliances.

Last but not least, Occupational Safety And Health Act 1994 is one of the good act implanted in Malaysia because this act can be as a guideline to the employers and also employees for securing the safety, health and welfare of themselves at work. Besides that, this act also protecting employers and employees against the risk to safety or health in connection with the activities of persons at work.
