Terms and Conditions of Service: VJC Computer Services, Inc. will provide Sales Rain BPO, Inc. with proper maintenance and care of their computers and computer software. In accordance with State law, Sales Rain BPO, Inc. is allowed to terminate the service if A. There is damage to on site property. B. Services were done incorrectly/problem is not fixed. C. The computer hardware, network or software is no longer functioning during or after service. Sales Rain BPO, Inc. is to provide the following services for a term of 5 years: Computer PC/Laptop installation, Networking wiring installation, hardware upgrade, technical support, computer maintenance, computer software bug fixes, computer software problem shooting. VJC Computer Services, Inc will send a computer technician to Sales Rain BPO, Inc. within 24 hours of being contacted about service needs. If VJC Computer Services, Inc does not resolve the computer issue within that time, all services provided for THAT 24-HOUR PERIOD shall be charged at 80% off of the original price. Sales Rain BPO, Inc. agrees to pay P70,000 to VJC Computer Services, Inc for the services provided. Sales Rain BPO, Inc. has 50 computers on site. VJC Computer Services, Inc will be servicing 50 computers on site. Payment of services is made out to VJC Computer Services, Inc. VJC Computer Services, Inc and Sales Rain BPO, Inc. hereby agree to the term of 5 years for services rendered. Any services provided beyond the date of the start of the service shall require the drafting of a new service agreement.
