Author supports every adjective with a measurable example. Sentence beginnings vary. Author uses transitions to separate items in body paragraphs. Author demonstrated enthusiasm and confidence. (Not a cold letter) Author closed with 2-3 sentences initiating another opportunity to communicate. Cover letter remains on one page. Author has signed cover letter respectfully.
