Plan By this plan more than 70 student will be engage in program. It will happen by dividing all work & responsibility in groups. There are 4 groups that are. Finance group Promotion group Internal Operation group Supervision group
Head All 4 groups are control guided by 3 members One Chief Coordinator Two Coordinator
Finance group responsibility Finance group responsibility is to take care of collection of money, provide money to all groups, & note down where the money is used.
Promotion group responsibility Promotion group responsibility is to take care of all promotional activity i.e. promotes the event in front of Faculty, & advertisements in college, give invitation to college, etc
Internal Operation group responsibility In the internal operation group there are some committees & each committee have 5 members in it. The committees are Decoration committee Invitation committee Game decision committee Food committee Organizing committee Time & Discipline committee Magazine committee Event care committee
Supervision group responsibility
Supervision group watch all groups &
committee whether they are doing there job effectively or not. Take care of no one can interfere in another group or in committee.
