Code of Ethics:

We are a nongovernmental organization that doesn’t intervene in any possible ways in. We are a nonprofit organization that put all allocated resources for the humanitarian aid. Our main aim is to ensure all people at risk are targeted by our employees. We ensure all possible needs of population assessed have been taken into consideration. All people in need are treated impartially. We ensure that every need reported is to be shared with other local and international actors to be fulfilled. We ensure that all resources are used fairly to meet people's need. We ensure that our resources are distributed among people in accordance to their socio-economic needs. We insist that all available resources are to be supplied from the area affected. We are responsible for our employees and their safety. We believe that every employee has to develop his potentialities. We insist that each employee has to be considered as an individual. We must respect every employee's convictions and conventions. Each employee has the right to express and discuss his thoughts. We must ensure that all employees are working in a secured atmosphere. We must help our employees to face any social-family difficulties. We must ensure that each employee is satisfied in his job and has the right to object where he feels not treated fairly. We must ensure that every member in the organization is treated as a family member. We believe that employees have to be motivated through different ways and fairly. Each employee has to be responsible about his actions. Each employee has to work in as a part of the NGO. Each employee has to treat others impartially and without discrimination. All employees must show respect and consideration towards his/her contacts, with particular attention to people in vulnerable situations, and not behaves in a way that could cause harm of any sort. Employees are banned from drinking alcohol during working hours and should wear correct clothes. Employees should not use any resource of any sort for their own benefit. Employees should not accept any gift of any kind from the affected population. Employees have to respect the rules and regulations of the country of mission.
