While serving in the Navy, Dr. Wilber was hand-selected for duty at the Reserve Air Warfare Training Center in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania, where he earned the designation as a Master Training Specialist. Dr. Wilber earned his Bachelors degree in Liberal Arts from Excelsior College (formerly Regents College) just before retiring from the Navy in 2003. He went on to obtain a certificate in Special Education from Regents University, a Master of Education degree in Instructional Technology, from American InterContinental University, course work in Organizational Psychology from Walden University, and finally a Ph.D. in Professional Studies in Education, from Capella University. Dr. Wilber currently teaches special education Biology at Frankfort High School and is an adjunct instructor at ITT-Technical Institute in Indianapolis. He holds an Indiana teaching license and is a member of the NEA and ISTA. Dr. Wilber resides near Indianapolis with his wife and children. He has two older children who reside in Philadelphia and a son who lives in Virginia with his mother.
