Remarks/Notes

: CLD : CLDs shall be bundled using string, use corner pads to avoid cutting corners & edges while tying. Label to indicate date, product code, qty, mfgr's name. : Shall contact through purchase for all queries. Shall ensure written approval of samples before bulk production. Shall not be deformed & shall be free from cracked edges, delamination on delivery at production units. Shall be printed as per approved artwork and colour scheme. Shall ensure one mfgr's joint with an overlap of 50mm width, with non rusty staple pins at 45 degrees & distance of 25mm. Shall ensure cleaning of end trimmings. Mfgr's logo, dimensions, min. B.S. Should be printed on the smaller flap. Flap shall not crack on folding. Quality Test Certificate must accompany each consignment. : Printing : As Per Art Work & Colour Scheme. Direction of flute : Perpendicular to base. Adhesive : Starch based Joints : by staple pins. All parameters are classified as Major in this specification. However, units shall follow the QA recommendation for actual defect classification.
