Manager, Somerset Environmental Records Centre (SERC) Salary range circa £30k Full-time role, based in Wellington, Somerset This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and experienced individual in the field of biodiversity data management. You will build on the ecological success of SERC, and develop its financial sustainability and operational management along with broadening other income generating work. Strong interpersonal, commercial and influencing skills, team management and excellent report writing skills are essential. SERC collects, manages and supplies high quality ecological and geological data within Somerset. It works with a wide range of organisations such as local authorities, statutory bodies and a range of recording groups. SERC is based within SWT Sales Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Somerset Wildlife Trust (SWT). It is part of the network of South West Environmental Record Centres and is a member of the newly formed Association of Local Environmental Record Centres.
