Infrastructure Development of expansive Soils- INDEX -06”, on 01-03 February, 2006. Prof. N.Subha Narasaiah, University of Sherbrooke, Canada inaugurated the conference and Prof. G.Venkatachalam, I.I.T, Mumbai delivered the valedictory address.

TECHNO QUEST – GAZEBO on March 2006. Interdepartmental paper presentation was conducted by Civil engineering
association on “Preparedness of Technology towards Earthquake-Resilient India”, on 12th April, 2006. Civil Engineering Association Valedictory function was held on 11th April, 2006,
