Stephanie was awarded her Masters of Divinity (Magna Cum Laude) from Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, DC in 2003 and her Doctor of Ministry from Union Theological Seminary and Presbyterian School of Christian Education (Union-PSCE) in Richmond, VA in 2009, where she specialized in the developmental life stages of churches. Stephanie has been trained by leaders in the church assessment field, including Loren Meade and Alice Mann. She has completed VA state
