CHRISTMAS SET MENU 2 Entrée Variety of Tapas

(Chicken Balls, Chicken skewered, Calamari Rings, Olives, Sundried Tomatoes)

Choice of Main Paella a la Bolero / Paella Verduras

Traditional Spanish dish prepared by simmering together Calasparra rice from Murcia with tomato, seafood, chicken, chorizo sausage, vegetables, saffron and herbs. Vegetarian Paella available with seasonal vegetables and piquillo.

Chicken Skewered

Marinate Tender Chicken with saffron rice, vegetables topped with rich tomato sauce and herbs yoghurt.

Lamb Rump

Grilled, served with kumara rosti, roasted courgettes, minted jus and minted yoghurt.

Choice of Dessert Chocolate Mousse (GF)

Rich chocolate with hazelnut praline.

Cheese Cake

Lime yoghurt cheese cake with ice cream & whipped cream.

Entrée, Main and Dessert $48 Per Person. All mains served with green salad.
