CHRISTMAS MENU STARTER Escudella i carn d’olla: It’s a kind of soup. The stock is made with vegetables and pork and chicken meat. You boil it for about three hours, then you add the pasta and let it cook more or less twenty minutes more.
MAIN COURSE Pollastre rostit amb prunes : Roasted chicken with plumbs, raisins, pine nuts and other vegetables.
DESERT Neules i torrons Neules: A kind of biscuit rolled as a straw, Torrons: a special desert made of almond and walnut flour, honey, sugar and eggs.
DRINKS Cava With the desert we usually drink cava
