Project Description: The Commercial Workbench (CWB) is a Sales, Ordering and Order Management application platform for Comcast Business Services. It is primarily used to manage Small to medium business (SMB) customer and prospects Coax/fibre based national/multi-site opportunities and orders. It supports the following high level functionality: Sales – Lead Management, Funnel Management, Offer Presentation, Contract Management Sales Support – Task and Work Queue Management, Survey Management, Construction and Service Delivery Management Management – Reporting, Order Tracking, Internal (and external) Notifications. Salesforce: Salesforce is a CRM which is used to manage customer data. It internally interacts with the CWB application. It reduces the load the legacy CWB application and handles a part of the funnel management. Data Migration: Since Salesforce was introduced after CWB, the CWB data is migrated from CWB to SFA and the corresponding behaviour is validated for expected results. Project Description: DTAOM is part of the Order Management System, which comprises the video service, were in it provides the offer to a customer to switch from Analog to Digital. It is used for HDTV. It interacts with

the biller systems namely CSG and DDP along with the Automation Channels (IVR /DOTCOM). Based on the customer type (i.e. B1or B2). The offer is provided to the customer based on his/her request. DTAOM interacts with the corresponding ESP Services and once all the clearance is verified, the shipment is done following the Activation of that particular device. Common GUI is responded when we are unable to place an order (i.e. when order fails). Then that particular order will flow as a Work list to common. Role and Responsibilities  

Hands on Testing with Manual Execution of the Regression test cases for DTAOM and Common. Trained on the Account set up on both CSG and DST billing system.
