Our Client is one of the largest integrated energy companies in the world. The company is engaged in every aspect of the oil and natural gas industry, including exploration and production; refining, marketing and transportation; chemicals manufacturing and sales; and power generation.
Primary Functions •
Provide coordination and communication activities between all internal departments and some working groups with all government agencies mainly focus at Department of Mineral and Fuel (DMF), Ministry of Energy and its affiliates, Pollution Control Department (PCD), and Office of National Recourse and Environmental Policy and Planning (ONEP). Relevant activities in maintaining good relationships with government agencies are included in his/her responsibility
•
Supervise internal administrative works of Government Affairs; which includes correspondence logging, filing and document control, data logging, manage / advising on DMF’s OJT Funds and other special remunerations according to the concession agreement, maintain and update government database and relevant information on the department’s homepage. These cover all documents in relation to the communication between the company and all government agencies

Assist in coordinate and collaborate with the Operations, Exploration and other internal departments in monitoring and consulting about the overall aspects of the company’s operations to ensure compliance with laws, rules and regulations. Monitor and notify upon the change / amendment of government’s laws, rules, and regulations that effect to the company’s operations. Foreign Corrupt Practice Acts (FCPA) requirement and compliance are part of his/her key responsibility

Support to other department or representing GA / GP in participating with other department on project works. This includes being the project partner or advising upon some technical aspects where individual’s technical background and experience supported. Additional assignment to support PGPA group is included as per assigned
THE CANDIDATE
•
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Science, or Engineering
•
8 years of experience in the area of dealing government agencies and/or oil and gas business
•
Excellent in both spoken and written of Thai and English languages. Strong command of official communication. Excellent in Thai official letter writing is the most preferred
•
Strong Analytical skill, initiative, leadership and self motivated
•
Good knowledge of and keen experience on computer skills and database management
•
Good knowledge of petroleum relevant laws, rules and regulations is an advantage
•
High mobility, flexibility, and independence
•
Strong coordination, interpersonal, and communication skills
