11 MAR: 2nd wave hit, 106 new victims were hospitalized with symptoms of shortness of breath and vomiting. Victims continuously escalated to 1,000 a few days later. Toxic gases contain acrylonitrile, xylene, methane, and toluene. If inhaled, it can cause headache, nausea, fainting and breathing difficulty.
