AAC - Telesec Change request About Structured messages, 1. in the table Structured_Message_Name', add a new field 'StructMsgNameEnabled'

3. Below existing edit field, add a new edit field to allow the user to change the value of that new field 'StructMsgNameEnabled'

4. In the Structured Message window, display Message name ONLY if StructMsgNameEnabled' = 'Y'
