Frontware International was established and registered with The Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce on October th 6 , 1997. The registration number is 0105540087061. The company started the delivery of customized software to customers. th On January 25 , 2000, The Board of Investment (BOI) granted an approval to Frontware International, as a legitimate software provider with privilege to obtain special benefit from Thai government. Reference number is 1032/2543. To ensure our firm investment future, we purchased our own 3-floor-office building at Town in Town area in the heart of Bangkok Metropolis.

While an incoming call is automatically diverted to a teleoperator,Telesec displays all customer's information even before the call is answered.

The goal of AnsGate is to give a corporate tool to manage the surveys, polls and callcenter scripts. AnsGate, therefore, helps users to create a set of questions to publish it and to analyze the results. The users can also define rules and set the next questions according the answer to the question with AnsGate Manager. Ansgate supports multilanguages to make people more comfortable to answer the survey in their own language.
