11/25/2009 - 153AB IBR was held on November 16-17 in Moorestown. The contractor was given several contingencies as action items to be corrected before final approval. Cable production and configuration are currently being 11/12/2009 - NSTR 10/21/2009 - Segment 3 is on track to go to the ADE1 briefing in February and has received funding to proceed with the PORD and ORD for 2010. 11/13/2009 - Sentinel CDR is scheduled for 17 - 19 Nov 09 at PRO Lockport. 153AB IBR was held on November 16-17 in Moorestown. The contractor was given several contingencies as action items Management's Overall Assessment: to be corrected before final approval. Cable production and configuration are currently being Technical Exchange Meeting (TEM) [aka Lab Design Review] completed 1 October 2009. CGSAIL construction is in full swing with framing completed and drywall installation beginning. The racks for the C2CEN NSC maintenance and sustainment lab are in MDAC and hardware assembly begun. Integrated Design Review (IBR) completed 17 November Key Accomplishments: 2009. HQ CG Business Financial Management (BFM) is currently consolidating/analyzing IBR minutes and action items and will Issues: provide them in an IBR report to the COTR. Next Week's Objectives: Discuss Labs status and IBR action items at ITL IPT 2 December 2009.

Completed development of the MNS, CONOPS and OMB 300 (all are in signature) Completed first draft of CDP. Affordability Assessment is waiting on funding input. First draft of the ADE1 briefing is complete. Tasking to begin Key Accomplishments: PORD/ORD is in contracts. Program funding is not available in our current budget. Without program funding, the project will be unable to produce the Issues: majority of the ADE 2 program documentation. Convene an IPT meeting to present the CDP and request review and comments from the IPT members. Begin working on Enterprise Architecture Board (EAB) briefing for ADE 1. Comments submitted on 13 November 2009. Submitted Sentinel C4ISR schedule V1.01 for uploading into Primavera P6. a. Seawatch-Sentinel PM assessment of behind schedule or problematic for the C2CEN Seawatch-Sentinel development schedule (as of 10 November 2009). b. INS contract award under protest (01 Oct 09) and is awaiting adjudication. INS is the Navigation software for Seawatch-Sentinel. c. Awaiting decision from DHS for whether there is a DHS EAB review requirement for Sentinel. A DHS EAB review is a MSAM Obtain Phase activity. Sentinel DHS ADE-2B ARB is scheduled for 04 December 2009. The Sentinel LRIP option expires 15 December 2009. d. Changes to the recommended Seawatch-Sentinel equipment suite are expected to meet TEMPEST Level II compliance requirements and to resolve issues identified during system development and testing at C2CEN.
