1 held our annual meeting on July 1, 2009 at 9:00am and after holding elections the CDEC passed the following resolution: WHEREAS mayoral control has expired WHEREAS Daniella Phillips has demonstrated the ability to act as a District Superintendent WHEREAS our children, schools and members of our school community need accountability, continuity, stability in education policy and administration Resolved, That the CDEC District 1 requests that Daniella Phillips be appointed the District Superintendent for District 1. Resolution passed unanimously.
