Wendy Zanol: How to hold a 10 minute meeting at your site. Forms were distributed to give you a step by step guide on how to successfully hold a relevant, efficient meeting that reports what the association is doing and how to encourage member involvement. These forms will also be emailed to site representatives, along with the tax exempt letter that you can give to businesses to elicit donations of food for your meetings.
