Caste system in India, This was an arrangement for division of work, labour or responsibilities, as apart of social administration and management, most appropriate and possibly essential in ancient times in India. We have exactly the same arrangements in the modern time in our factories, albeit, even in more sophisticated form. So far as caste system is concerned its usefulness and appropriateness is long come to end. The only use the system has left particularly since independent India, is almost everybody and in particular all the politicians, are always trying to capitalise for maximise personal gains in one way or the other. Its extremely divisive and that’s why has remained hot favourite on all politicians in India. The societies where there are no caste system, they have their own class system based on social status, Religion, power, influence, money, colour of skin or tribal origin etc. And same kind of exploitation of all the systems is being carried out all over the world the the beginning of the mankind. I believe Hindus are the only exceptions in the sense of proclaiming the whole world as a family.
