ca�caval pane ingrediente: 100-150 g ca�caval, unt sau untdelemn, lapte, f�in�. mod de preparare: ca�cavalul se taie �n felii de 1 cm grosime, �n buc�i potrivite. feliile se trec prin lapte sau ap� �i apoi prin f�in�, ou (bine b�tut cu furculi�a, p�n� c�nd se face pu�in� spum�) �i la urm� prin pesmet. se preg�tesc toate feliile. o tigaie goal� (potrivit� dup� cantitatea ca�cavalului) se �nfierb�nt� 3-4 minute la foc mic (nu direct pe flac�r�). se pune untdelemn c�t s� o acopere �n strat sub�ire (2-3 mm) �i imediat se a�eaz� feliile de ca�caval, care se pr�jesc pe ambele p�r�i p�n� ce se rumenesc �i ca�cavalul se �nmoaie. se servesc imediat, altfel se vor �nt�ri.
