PESACH: The 14th day at evening of the FIRST MOON. This is the MEMORIAL of OS WHY ’ death [Passover Lamb]. He was impaled during the “day” part of the 14th of the first moon, but He observed Pesach with His talmidim the evening before, at the arrival of the 14th. OBSERVED: If we observe this remembrance in the same way OS WHY did with His students--from Sunset APR 7 through Sunset APR 8 [which is a PREPARATION DAY FOR THE ANNUAL SABBATH ON THE 15th of the FIRST MOON]. Shemoth 12:6 “And you shall keep it until the FOURTEENTH day of the SAME MONTH. Then all the assembly of the congregation of Yisra’ĕl shall kill it between the evenings.” Shemoth 12:13 “And the blood shall be a SIGN for you on the houses where you are. And when I see the blood, I shall pass over you and let the plague not come on you to destroy you when I smite the land of Mitsrayim.” Shemoth 12:27 “…‘It is the Passover slaughtering of h wHY , who passed over the houses of the children of Yisra’ĕl in Mitsrayim when He smote the Mitsrites and delivered our households.’ And the people bowed their heads and did obeisance.” Bemidbar 28:16 “And in the first month, on the FOURTEENTH day, is the Passover of h WHY. Debarim 16:1 “Guard the month of Abib and perform the Passover of h WHY your Elohim, for in the month of Abib hWHY your Elohim brought you out of Mitsrayim by NIGHT.”

2009 APPOINTED TIMES MATSAH / UNLEAVENED BREAD [UB]: THIS SHADOW-PICTURE DEPICTS CLEANING OUT T HE “LEAVEN” FROM OUR HEARTS—FROM OUR LIVES, PREPARING US TO RECEIVE THE “GOOD SEED” OF TORAH—50 DAYS LATER AT SHABUOTH. COMMEMORATES YISRA’ L BEING DELIVERED OUT OF MITSRAYIM—OUT OF THE HOUSE OF BONDAGE [Shemoth 13:14, Besorah page 116] AFTER JUDGMENT OF ALL FIRST-BORN MALES IN THE LAND. For SEVEN DAYS, all Yisra’ĕl is to abstain from leavened bread. This applies to all believers. It is a time of personal reflection when we should meditate on our attitudes and conduct and ask Hw hy to help us recognize and overcome our shortcomings. These seven days of self-examination are invaluable in helping us to devote our lives to Hw hy and OS w hy . Hw hy delivers His people from enslavement to sin.

2 Corinthians 13:5 “Examine yourselves whether you are in the belief—prove yourselves. Or do you not know yourselves, that OSWHY Messiah is in you, unless you are disapproved.” Galatians 2:20 “I have been impaled with Messiah and I no longer live, but Messiah lives in me. And that which I now live in the flesh I live by belief in the Son of Elohim, who loved me and gave Himself for me.” Romans 6:14 “For sin shall not rule over you, for you are not under the law but under favour.” Romans 7:24-25 “Wretched man that I am! Who shall deliver me from this body of death? Thanks to Elohim through OSwhy Messiah our Master! So then, WITH THE MIND I myself serve the Torah of Elohim, but with the flesh the law of sin.” Romans 2:13 “For the hearers of the Torah are righteous in the sight of Elohim, but the doers of the law shall be declared right..”

FIRST DAY OF MATSAH: This is observed on the 15th day [the FULL MOON] of the FIRST MOON from Sunset APR 8 through Sunset APR 9. LAST (7th) DAY OF MATSAH: COMMEMORATES THE PASSING THROUGH WATER OF YISRA’ L (IMMERSION INTO MOSHEH), AND DROWNING OF THE ARMIES OF PHARAOH. It is observed on the 21st day of the FIRST MOON from Sunset APR 14th through Sunset APR 15th. REST & GATHERING DAYS: The 15th and the 21st day of the FIRST MOON. THE OMER COUNT: The Wave-sheaf (bundle) offering is traditionally thought of as being Abib 16. HOWEVER, OSWHY IS the omer, and ascended to perform this on the morrow after the WEEKLY SABBATH. The count to Shabuoth (7 x 7 complete weeks) is determined by getting this correct. This offering—called the FIRST FRUITS—was fulfilled by OSWHY when He resurrected. During the festival of Matsah (UB), the High Priest would “wave” the first-fruits of the BARLEY HARVEST on the “morrow after the Sabbath.” OSWHY became the “wave-sheaf” offering because the resurrection was the object, and the wave sheaf was the “shadow.”

2009 APPOINTED TIMES Shemoth 12:15-16 “Seven days you shall eat unleavened bread. Indeed on the first day you cause leaven to cease from your houses. For whoever eats leavened bread from the first day until the seventh day, that being shall be cut off from Yisra’ĕl. And on the first day is a set-apart gathering and on the seventh day you have a set-apart gathering. No work at all is done on them, only that which is eaten by every being, that alone is prepared by you.” Shemoth 12: 18 “In the FIRST MONTH, on the FOURTEENTH DAY of the month, in the evening, you shall eat unleavened bread until the TWENTY-FIRST DAY of the month in the evening.” Shemoth 12:40 “And the sojourn of the children of Yisra’ĕl who lived in Mitsrayim was four hundred and thirty years.” Shemoth 12:41 “And it came to be at the end of the four hundred and thirty years, on that same day it came to be that all the divisions of HWHY went out from the land of Mitsrayim.” Shemoth 12:42 “It is a NIGHT to be observed unto HWHY for bringing them out of the land of Mitsrayim. This NIGHT is unto HWHY, to be observed by all the children of Yisra’ĕl throughout their generations.” Shemoth 13:3 “…REMEMBER THIS DAY in which you went out of Mitsrayim, out of the HOUSE OF SLAVERY. For by STRENGTH OF HAND HWHY brought you out of this place and whatever is leavened shall not be eaten.” Shemoth 13:4 “Today you are GOING OUT, in the month of Abib.” Shemoth 13:7 “Unleavened bread is to be eaten the seven days and whatever is leavened is not to be seen with you and leaven is not to be seen with you within all your border.

Shemoth 13: 9, 16 “And it shall be as a SIGN to you on your HAND and as a REMINDER BETWEEN YOUR EYES, that the Torah of HWHY is to be in your mouth, for with a STRONG HAND HWHY has brought you out of Mitsrayim.” … “And it shall be as a SIGN on your HAND and as FRONTLETS BETWEEN YOUR EYES, for by STRENGTH OF HAND HWHY brought us out of Mitsrayim.” Shemoth 23:15 “Guard the Festival of Unleavened Bread. Seven days you eat unleavened bread, as I commanded you, at the time appointed in the month of Abib—for in it you came out of Mitsrayim—and do not appear before Me empty-handed;” Bemidbar 28:16 “and on the fifteenth day of this month is a festival. For seven days unleavened bread is eaten.” 1 Corinthians 5:6-8 “Your boasting is not good. Do you not kow that a little leaven leavens the entire lump? Therefore cleanse out the old leaven, so that you are a new lump, as you are unleavened. For also Messiah our Passover was offered for us. So then let us observe the festival, not with old leaven, nor with the leaven of evil and wickedness, but with the UNLEAVENED BREAD OF SINCERITY AND TRUTH.”

SHABUOTH: Hebrew “WEEKS” [FIRST FRUITS]; 50TH DAY. Shabuoth is a REST DAY which commemorates the GIVING OF THE TORAH AT SINAI-- the WEDDING ANNIVERSARY of HW HY and Yisra’ĕl. Torah means “INSTRUCTIONS.” The “Covenant” is a marriage. TRADITIONALLY CALLED “PENTECOST” [i.e., GREEK FOR “COUNT 50”]. FULFILLED AS RECORDED AT ACTS 2 WHEN THE TORAH WAS WRITTEN ON THE HEARTS OF NATSARIM-RENEWING THE COVENANT--RESTORING YISRA’ L TO HW HY THROUGH THE INDWELLING OF OSW HY’ SPIRIT. OBSERVED: Sunset MAY 30 through Sunset MAY 31. Calculated from the WEEKLY Sabbath during Matsah—counting 49 days to the morrow after the 7th Sabbath, being the 50th day. The Yahudim wrongly calculate from Abib 16 every year in their count to Shabuoth. The day after the seventh Sabbath WILL ALWAYS FALL ON THE FIRST DAY OF THE WEEK. It helps to see this as a miniature form of Jubilee [49 (7 x 7) years + 1 making a total of 50 years]--as Shabuoth counts up to the 50th day after 7 INTACT weeks. This also makes the Sabbatical “years” a type of reflection of the INTACT week of 7 “days”.

2009 APPOINTED TIMES She moth 23:16 “and the Festival of the Harvest, the FIRST-FRUITS of your labours which you have sown in the field;” Wayyiqra 23:10-11 “When you come into the land which I give you and shall reap its harvest, then you shall bring a sheaf of the FIRST-FRUITS of your harvest to the priest. And he shall wave the sheaf before HW HY for your acceptance. On the morrow after the Sabbath the priest waves it.” Wayyiqra 23:15-16 “And from the morrow after the Sabbath, from the day that you brought the sheaf of the wave offering, you shall count for yourselves: seven completed Sabbaths. Until the morrow after the seventh Sabbath you count fifty days, then you shall bring a new grain offering to HW HY . Bemidbar 28:26 “And on the day of the FIRST FRUITS, when you bring a new grain offering to hW HY at your Festival of We eks, you have a setapart gathering, you do no servile work.” Debarim 16:9 “Count seven weeks for yourself. Begin to count seven weeks from the time you begin to put the sickle to the grain. And you shall perform the Festival of We eks to hW HY your Elohim, according to the voluntary offering from your hand, which you give as hW HY your Elohim blesses you.”

2009 APPOINTED TIMES T TH HE EA APPPPO OIIN NT TM ME EN NT TSS A AR RE EA A SSH HA AD DO OW WO OFF T TH HIIN NG GSS T TO OC CO OM ME EFFO OR RT TH HE EB BO OD DY YO OFF O OS SW WH HY YH HA A’’M MA ASSH HIIA AC CH H. The FIRST DAY of the SEVENTH MONTH is a DARK [NEW] MOON day. Yom Keru’ah is the only festival that occurs on a DARK [NEW] MOON. In the FIRST MOON, and in the SEVENTH MOON, our “festival day” is on the 15th. The festival of Matsah and the festival of Sukkoth both occur on the FULL MOON, on the 15th day of counting from the DARK [NEW] MOON. Tehillim 81:3 “Blow the ram’s horn at the time of the NEW MOON; At the FULL MOON, on our festival day.” The MO’EDIM [Annual Sabbaths] are shadows of OUR REDEMPTION—which is TO COME. They show us HWHY’ plan of redemption and what OSWHY is doing to redeem His bride (wife), Yisra’ĕl.

Colossians 2:16-17 “Let no man therefore judge [G2919, “KRINO”: CONDEMN, PUNISH, AVENGE, ACCUSE OF A CRIME] you in eating or in drinking, or in respect of a festival [G1859 “HEORTE”: SAME AS HEBREW “MOED”, APPOINTED TIME] or of a new moon or Sabbaths— which are a shadow of what is TO COME for the Body of the Mashiach.”80

For all those who have “ears to hear”, here’s some timely advice from brother, Lew White: “If we ‘demonize’ or consider one another criminals [law-breakers], we cannot have love between us. This is why it is important to listen to the reasoning behind one another’s understanding of specific topics. In doing so, dialogue will continue and a ‘speck’ might eventually be removed from someone’s eye. I am far from perfect, and still learning. When we remain open to learning, we can repent of our errors.” Amĕin! 2/27/2009 7:39:52 AM EST
