V. GAUTHAM RAM ROLL NO. 1852001010007 MBA-A, FIRST YEAR BUSINESS COMMUNICATION ASSIGNMENT TOPIC: SELF-RESPONSIBILITY (IN 150 WORDS)
SELF-RESPONSIBILITY Self-responsibility means acknowledging that you are responsible for your life. It is realizing that we are responsible for our choices and actions in life. Every action starts within us. Every person is also accountable for his or her actions. In a business scenario, it essentially means that one must be aware of his decisions as hasty decisions often lead to failures. Although people can develop responsibility at any age, the best time to develop is during childhood. Example-1 CHILDREN Cultivating good moral habits and thoughts is a self-responsibility of any person. No matter how many books does he read, it is pointless if he does not develop it for himself. His self-responsible behaviour will be observed and learned by his children. Example-2 LEADERS Leaders are self-responsible in case of any failure. A classic example would be Abdul Kalam. Kalam never blamed anybody in the event of failure during the ISRO space launches.
