Yoder, pastor at Erisman Mennonite Church, will speak on "Facing the Music” at the Outdoor Historical and Inspirational Service at the Alleghany Mennonite Meetinghouse, Alleghanyville, at 6:30 p.m. There will be special music by members of the Alleghany Mennonite Historical Association Board and congregational singing led by Merle Ressler. -A big "Thank You! to those of you who helped during our Vacation Bible School at Bowmansville this past week. May God richly bless you for serving! -In behalf of the Outreach Committee, thank you for your contributions to the Ephrata Area Human Services during our worship service at Adamstown Community Days. A check of $1,047.75 and some nonperishable foods were delivered to their office on June 2. God bless each of you for sharing. -Lena Brown -Vision Statement questionnaires-The team wants input and encourages anyone who has not handed in their copy to do so. We can make another copy if someone has lost theirs. -We will be providing meals for Lisa and Cliff and the boys for the month of June. There is a sign up sheet in the narthex. -Campers at Spruce Lake(June 19-21): For the doggie roast/potluck on Sat. evening, each family please bring place settings, hotdogs and rolls for your family. Also, bring a hot or cold dish to share. Drinks and condiments will be provided. -There is a sign-up sheet on the table in the narthex for drivers to provide transportation for Alma Horning for the month of June. Thank you to those who are able to help in this way! -Woodcrest Retreat is looking for old t-shirts to use as paint shirts for campers during craft time this summer.
