1. Name 2 things that you learned from preparing the BRATS luncheon a. Time management b. team work in the kitchen 2. Name 1 thing you could have done better- tell what More neat with the pies so no key lime got on the sides 3. What is a new recipe that you learned to make? Key lime pie 14oz condensed milk lime juice 3 egg yolk 4. Describe a soft skill did you learned? I got a a lot better at team work and was able to move faster and more effectively because of it. 5. Describe one way you made your team/group work better? We all worked on different steps to make the prep time faster. 6. Rate how well you worked with the BRATS (older adults) from 1-5 with 5 best – Explain 4 pretty could but could’ve done better. 7. How did you show initiative during this week? I came in a earlier in the morning to help prep the brats lunch 8. How did you make your food safe and sanitary? Prepared with washed hands and kept in the fridge. 9. How did you use thinking skills this week – Name one type and explain. To make the keylime pie in the correct order as well as using correct steps. 10. How were you creative?

We used te whip cream to make a creative design as well as a neat pie.
