KOLEJ MULTIMEDIA LAPORAN PRESTASI PELAJAR OLEH PENYELIA Report on Student’s Performance by supervisor Laporan ini akan menyumbang sebanyak 20 peratus daripada markah keseluruhan pelajar untuk Latihan Industri. Laporan ini juga akan memberikan maklumbalas kepada Kolej Multimedia dalam usaha untuk mempertingkatkan lagi kualiti pelajar. Sila isikan ruangan berkenaan secara telus dan adil. Laporan yang telah siap diisi hendaklah dikembalikan dalam tempoh satu (1) minggu selepas pelajar tamat menjalani latihan industri kepada : This report contributes 20 per cent of the student’s total marks for the Industrial Training.
