Rate Analysis Item no 5 ( for 5000 plants) Potable water One Labourer

: :

5000 lt @ Rs. 190 Rs. 150/ Labourer

Add 10% Contractor’s Profit :

= 190.00 = 150.00 = 340.00 = 34.00 = 374.00

Therefore the rate per plant comes to 374/5000 = Rs. 0.07 No. of occasions of watering shall be (6 x 30) / (4600/5000) = 195 occasions Hence the quantity shall be 4600 x 195 = 8,97,000

Item no 6 (for 800 sq mt, 3 plants are considered per sq. mt) Potable water Four Labourers

: :

5000 lt @ Rs. 190 Rs. 150/ Labourer

Add 10% Contractor’s Profit :

= 190.00 = 600.00 = 790.00 = 79.00 = 869.00

Therefore the rate per Sq. mt comes to 869/ 800 = Rs. 1.08, say Re. 1.00 No. of occasions of watering shall be (6 x 30) / [2500/(3x800)] = 172.8 occasions, say 173 occasions Hence the quantity shall be 2500 x 173 = 4,32,500 sq mt
