The 164-5489 Piston Pump is a tandem pump that is used for the swing function. The two pumps that form the swing pump are variable displacement axial piston pumps. Both pumps have the same specifications. The rotation of the tandem pump is counterclockwise when the rotation is viewed from the drive end. Use SAE viscosity grade 10 hydraulic oil at 65°C (149°F) for testing the pump. Test the maximum flow rate of the tandem pump at the rated speed.
