From U.Sashirekha Sashiraj Palace, Dr.No:49-27-10 Madhura Nagar Visakhapatnam-530016 To Senior Branch Manager-Kind Attn:Shri K.Venkateswarlu Bank Of Baroda, Main Branch Visakhapatnam Esteemed Sir, A very good morning to you. I wish to express my thankfulness and gratitude for your gesture to have visited my house, for the sanctioning an additional loan of Rs.10 lacs. Our family recived very valuable

support and services from Bank Of Baroda for the past 15 years and we are proud to be your customers. Now also, you are our best hope and I’m sure that we shall be helped to the maximum extent. This is my last hope from you who can rescue me at this juncture. I ardently request your kind attention and compassionate understanding. I render my sincere apologies for this may take a little time off your hectic schedule. Sir, I request you to please go through the contents of my letter, step by step, day after day running around from pillar to post under excruciatingly painful circumstances. Please read through the following aspects: 1. Sir, on the month of January we made a special request to your Developement Officer Mr.Krishna for a sanction of an additonal loan for Rs.10 lacs as housing loan but, he refused to do this same.

2. Due to this unavoidable circumstances, I have to approach SBI, housing loan mela festival to swich over.On the month of July at last they sanctioned me for Rs 20 lacs as additional housing loan and take over Rs 10 lacs existing housing loan from your bank. So totally they sanctioned me for Rs 30 lacs as a housing loan. 3. Meanwhile, due to delay in sanctioning the loan from SBI. On 29th June I have approach IOB housing loan mela festival, on the spot they have sanctioned me immediately the same request. I approached to you on first week of July for release of my original registered documents on behalf of IOB. Immediately you replayed me with a positive attitude and enquired about the reason behind it after listenning patiently the telephonic conversatin, on the next day you have sent Mr R.Soma Sekhar Rao(valuar) for the inspection of my house also. Sir, atlast you have sanctioned me for Rs 10 lacs as an additional housing loan, on 21 July after my personal visit at your office by me inspite of my disability on behalf of my mother. 4. Fortunately on 23rd July the SBI came with a sanction letter for Rs 30 lacs, as I have given written complain to the Chairman SBI on the month of May.The DGM of SBI personally aplogized me for the convinence fased by me. 5. Sir, my first loan was sanctioned on 6th May 2002 and term is 120 months with 108 monthly installment for Rs 14,488 each(EMI) and the first installment to commence from May 2003, In case of full prepayment or foreclosure, the fee @ 2% on amount prepaid including any such amount prepaid in the last financial year shall be payable ( Ref..BR:ADV:38 ----- Dt 06.05.2002 ) and the second loan for a period of 217 months, In case of full prepayment or foreclosure, the fee @ 3% on amount prepaid including any such amount prepaid in the last financial year shall be payable ( Ref..VSP/ADV/ ---- Dt 21.07.2002 )

Sir, the purpose of my plea to you for your kind consideration towards the prepayment clause, when I verified your recent bank statements. I came to know you have stated to pay prepayment penalty or Rs. 30,000 each. According to both the sanctioned letters the first term loan is 2% and the second term loan is 3%. By which there is deference of Rs. 10,000 in the first term loan. The reason for me to swichover to the other bank, where I'm saving the interest component @3% for 20 yrs. As you know earlier the present business is in a poor condition and also I have stated you that we are going to close down one of the firm i.e. Kamadhenu Traders. These are the above reason which made me to swichover. Sir, I believe that I requested you to change the term of my first housing loan, but I hope without intimating me, you have changed the term. Sir, now that you have the complete picture of my plea I request you to kindly help me. I have written this letter with a great burden on my heart and also with great faith. I believe, hope and pray that you would do something for me. I shall be ever so grateful to you. Looking forward for an early and positive response please. With Warm Regards, Dilip Patro

From: Bank of Baroda Chief Manager Mr. Venkateswarulu Visakhapatnam Branch.

To Mrs. Una Sasirekha, W/o. Mr. Una Rajeswar Patro Sashiraj Palace, Door N. 49-27-10 Madhurnagar Visakhapatnam. Dear Madam, re: Your credit facilities with us We refer to your letter dated 29-08-2003 and write to inform you as under: 1. We observe that the letter is not signed by you,but signed by Mr.Dilip Patro. 2. With regard to the prepayment charges,we advise you that the prepayment charges of 2% for TL I and 3% for TL II as mentioned in our earlier letters are correct as per the then prevailing terms of the scheme by our bank. Accordingly, the prepayment charges will be Rs. 50000/- (for term loan I and term loan II). 3. In respect of term loan I the tenure is 120 months with a moratorium period of 12 months (the construction period) and hence the loan is proposed to be repayable in 108 equated monthly instalments or else the tenure would be more than 120 momths which attracts higher rate of interest. 4. The term of 1st housing loan has been changed after due discussions by the undersigned with you at your house and as per the letter given to you. 5. It is not specified in your letter as regards to the help you required from us.

Yours faithfully K.Venkateswarulu Sr. Branch Manager.
