Board Usage Guidelines The boards of Rucesion are available for use by all Aislings, with the understanding that posting is a privilege, not a legal right. 1) Guidelines The following guidelines apply to all boards found in Rucesion, and her territories. [The official(s) administrating that board may remove any post that is deemed abusive.] This includes any post which have the intent to aggravate, belittle, enflame, or verbally abuse; any written work which constitutes a Malicious Act; Heresy (refer to Standards of Practice); or Slate pollution ((spamming)) by those with an over active quill; Personal issues; Libel (unproven statements which could harm an Aisling's reputation). 2) Monitoring and Removal All officials are mandated to regularly monitor the boards under their jurisdiction for possible abuse. Final judgment and interpretation on the content of any post in question will be left to the proper monitor(s) of each board. Abuse of posting privileges is regulated by the Malicious Acts Law. Officials removing posts are to keep memories of illegal posts removed for at least one Deoch. Failure to do so will be considered an infraction as per the Integrity Assurance Act. 3) Boards As a temporary measure in times of need, a Judge or Burgess may reallocate the usage and/or purpose of a board by giving notice therof on appropriate boards. 3.1) Merchant's Board (located inside bank) [Regulated by Legislators] Reserved for content relating to the local economy, buying, selling, and trading. ((Advertising the trade of registration codes is not permitted)) 3.2) Community Board (located near the chapel) [Regulated by Legislators]
Reserved for posts related to the community as a whole, Temuair, Rucesion, or any aspect thereof, but excluding posts for which a specific board exists. 3.3) Justice Cases Board (left in court) [Regulated by Captains, Judges] Warnings, banishments, warrants, forgiveness, actions, evidence, meeting notices, and other related guard issues are to be placed here. 3.4) Adventure Board (in Dubhaim Castle) [Regulated by Legislators] Reserved for posts regarding adventures, hunting, etc. 3.5) Demagogues Board (in town hall) [Regulated by Burgesses] Proposals for legal amendments, applications list, details of inappropriate name investigations, voting thereon, and other related Legislature issues are posted here. 3.6) Judgments Board (court, right side) [Regulated by Judges] Reserved for posts regarding judicial actions such as trials, exiles and related matters, and applications in terms of the Commonwealth Preservation Act. 3.7) Political Discourse Board (in civics area) [Regulated by Burgesses] Reserved for posts regarding official and political events, opinions, and other such uses which specifically pertain to the Commonwealth. 4) New Boards In the event of the creation of a new board in the Commonwealth of Rucesion, the officials of Rucesion reserve the sole right to dictate the name and usage of said board. 5) Board Abuse In the event of an Aisling abusing a board, the post is to be deleted by the appropriate Official and the board abuse recorded in the [Slate Abuse] post on the
Judgment Board. 5.1) Redundant Board Abuse In the case of an individual summing up to 3 or more board abuses, they are liable to a 1 Deoch Exile Penalty. 5.2) Board Abuse Time Length Every board abuse should be voided 3 Deoches after its occurence, so as to leave a margin for mistakes Aislings may do. 5.3) Parallel Penalty Board abuses will be recorded and punished accordingly, in unison with any other crime committed in the same post. For example, if somebody commits Prohibited Trade on a board, then the board abuse will be recorded and they will also be punished for Prohibited Trade, if this was their 3rd board abuse, then they would have been exiled for 2 Deoches for Prohibited Trade and 1 Deoch for Board Abuse.
