AGENDA 2: DIVERSIFICATION OF BUSINESS Ms. Bee Bee ( Whole time Director): I am glad that we’re constantly striving for improvement, and coming up with ideas but as Mehak said, diversification will lead to the loss of the meaning and strength of the original brand. Therefore, we should just stick to what we’re best at considering our success instead of putting our business in jeopardy. Also the fact that, we’re not creating something new which will captivate the customers. For instance, Vaseline has all the products from body lotions, lip balms, serums, hair tonic and they even consider everyone’s skin type. You name it, they have it. Obviously, they’re coming up with new products each year for the benefit of the customers. Their main ingredient is petroleum jelly. So yes, considering all these factors; it’s going to be a heavy investment and there’s lack of uniqueness. At the end the question is, who are you competing with?
