A lovely, and classic wine from this producer, with a palate of simple fruit and graphite with a mineral finish due to the chalky subsoil of the domain.

This wine is 100% Chenin Blanc and comes from vineyards that have been producing wine since 1130 AD. It is a very solid and firm Sauvignon Blanc with notes of lanolin, peach, fig and cardamom.

Alluring aromas of smoke and citrus, with an expansive palate of citrus, herb and apple that is both crisp and round. A very balanced Sauvignon Blanc.

5000 Zind Humbrecht, Gewurztraminer, Alsace, France, biodynamic A truly reflective wine of the region this wine begins with a nose that is one of the most aromatic of all gewürztraminers. The palate shows intense delicate rose and litchi flavours and has a long, dry finish.

RED RESERVE BOTTLES 4400 Inland Sea, Cabernet Franc, Kansas City, Missouri 2007 Grown locally and produced at the urban winery just off of Southwest Boulevard in Kansas City. This wine uses rare Northern Missouri White Oak, which imparts rich flavors of chocolate, anise, cherry and tobacco and offers subtle minerality and a smooth aroma.
