Black history month is arguably one of the most important and memorable times. A time of hope and the powers that words and actions have. Some of the popular names like Martin Luther King Jr and Rosa Parks are some men and woman that stood for black people. But there are a lot more meaning other than the label,a time for freedom and hope. We have come such a long way but we have to remember it wasn't always like this. Can you believe some people had to drink from other water fountains because the color of your skin. So that’s a big reason we dedicate a whole month for desegregation. We remember the names that changed America with loving hearts.
