Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1. Title 5 V.I.C., chapter 305, section 3504, is amended by inserting

“probation officer of the Department of Human Services, Chief or Assistant Chief of

Security and Sergeant-of-Arms of the Legislature of the Virgin Islands,” after

5

“enforcement officer of the Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs.”

BILL SUMMARY This bill adds several positions to the category of persons who are considered peace officers within the territory.
