BAWAL BAKAR Bumbu : BM (bawang merah) BP (bawang putih) Kemiri Kunyit (sedikit saja) Garam Cara Membuat : -Bawal dibelah 2, tapi jangan sampai putus -Bawal di beri perasan jeruk nipis dan garam -semua bumbu diatas diulek sampai halus, kemudian di olesi di permukaan ikan sampai tertutup bumbu. -bakar tiap sisinya 10 menit. Kalau bakarnya pakai oven pakai api atas (broil). Sambel Terasi Segar (tidak digoreng): -Cabe Merah -Terasi -Bawang Merah sedikit -Tomat. Semua diulek * Tidak perlu diberi garam karena terasi biasanya sudah asin. Tidak perlu gula jawa/gula pasir. Sambel kecap : -Kecap -Bawang Merah -Cabai Rawit -Tomat
