WHEREAS, the Bakdaw FISCO, a duly organized and registered association, whose majority of the members are Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARB’s) aims to help them enhance the productivity of their land by providing credit assistance. WHEREAS, as referred on the Joint DA-DAR-LANDBANK Memorandum Circular No. 1, Series of 2012, “requires an ARB Organization that is worthy of credit assistance”, therefore, association is applying for a RENEWAL of the production loan. NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Mr. Nicanor Regorosa, and duly seconded by Gerundio Cagutom, unanimously resolved as it was hereby resolved that the Bakdaw-FISCO applies for a renewal of the APCP loan and designate authorized signatories on Agrarian Production Credit Program (APCP). I hereby certify to the correctness of this resolution.
