We have selected Richmond, Virginia for our 2008 nutrition expert workshop, which will be held January 23rd. I visited your website, but was unclear on some of your detail information. In order to reserve and plan with you for our event, we will need more in depth information about your hotel and the accommodations you can bring. What are some surrounding areas of your hotel and can they be easily reached by our attendees? Please describe your meeting room? We are expecting approximately 75 attendees. Our presentation for the workshop consists of a PowerPoint slide. Can you provide us with the adequate equipment to present this? We will also plan to divide out attendees into groups and may need flip charts and markers for a segment of the workshop. The workshop will last from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm with a lunch break.
