To equip facilities to attract investors in ICT to Melaka State and to liaise between State Government and investors. To identify fund that can be used to develop ICT industries in Melaka. Collection center for local R&D outcome that needs to be commercialized. To equip basic infrastructure for Melaka ICT State. 4
