arroz doce ingredientes: - 500 g de arroz - 3 litros de leite - 250 g de a��car - 6 gemas de ovo - canela - erva doce preparo: - lave o arroz e ponha para cozinhar com 2 litros de leite. - em separado, bata as gemas com o a��car e 1 litro de leite, pondo-os a ferver durante 5 minutos. - junte ent�o o arroz e a erva-doce, fervendo ainda at� ter o ponto de papa. - sirva em tigelas, polvilhando com canela mo�da.
