SAMPLING METHODOLOGY • Bimonthly Samplings at each pilot site location since October 2006 • Data Collected – Landings kg/species – No of individual / species – Number of gears – Soak Time – Polyvalent tools – Fishing Location etc
TARGET SPECIES • FROM MAY 2007 Thunnus alalungaAlbacore tuna – new catch species commercially since 2004 • Quality and Quantity Assessment • Underused species in Cyprus • Study of traditional Fishing routes
