Animal Flow...... ◾ What is animal flow? It's a ground-based locomotion(means moving from one place to another. Walking, skipping, running, farmer walks are all variations of locomotion.) pattern mainly performed in the quadrupedal(hands and feet interacting with the floor to create movement from one place to another) position.

◾Traveling Forms.... Basic forms of Animal Flow are Ape🦍, Beast🐯 and Crab🦍 based on Contralateral movement(opposite hand and foot will move together).
