The Barracks Administrator shall release fund to support projects of repair, rehabilitation and maintenance to be supported by the Fund Custodian with the approval of the class president upon consultation of the class for the repair and maintenance of the barracks 3. On or about 17 0830H November 2018, drainage of ALPHA WING-Male Sink clogged and overflowed and caused fetid odor all over the hall way. 4.
